3. User-Generated Content

CV Optimizer allows users to create and upload content, including CV text, profile information, and other materials ('User Content'). By submitting User Content, you agree to the following: You retain ownership of any content you create and upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You confirm that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

4. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on CV Optimizer infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Copyright Agent at support@cvoptimizer.com. 5. In-App Purchases

CV Optimizer offers in-app purchases that enhance your experience or provide access to additional features. By making a purchase, you agree that: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Prices are subject to change at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance. In-app purchases may be processed through Google Play or other payment platforms, and are subject to their respective terms and policies. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account, including purchases made by minors using your account.

6. Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans that provide ongoing access to premium features on CV Optimizer. The following terms apply to all subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency specified at the time of purchase (e.g. monthly or annually). We do not currently offer a free trial. Subscription billing begins immediately upon sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until then. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price. Refunds on subscription fees are not provided except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CV Optimizer that is not User Content, including but not limited to the logo, visual design, branding, website layout, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of CV Optimizer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our proprietary content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome feedback and suggestions from our users. If you submit any feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding our services ('Feedback'), you acknowledge and agree that: We may use, implement, or incorporate your Feedback into our products and services at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to compensate you or provide you with any credit for your Feedback. Our CV tools and resources are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of job applications or career decisions made based on content generated by or accessed through our platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV Optimizer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
